Assignment:

Students will plan, and create a minimum 3 minute music video utilizing camera movement and framing to tell a story to create mood.
Video will utilize either a creative commons music or have expressed written consent from the band.

The film will use a variety of camera movement and angles to of camera movements to tell a story.
The story will have a clear beginning middle and end and intended impact upon the audience.

Storyboards, Shot list, Props list, Costume list, Shooting Schedule and filming pass will be shot prior to shooting.
Music Video will include credits separate from the song

All Sound effects and external media must be under a creative commons licence.
Begin with a performance concept and intended impact upon the audience and a statement of how camera movement and framing .



DW Will Include:



Ongoing documentation of the creative process
Film DW Criteria Grade 8


Brainstorms, Mind-maps, and pictures and Illustrations that are inspiring or organizing your story


Script


Story Boards, Shooting Schedules, Shot List and Prop Lists.
